To get started, first we must determine what kind of bathroom remodel or renovation our client is looking for. Are you looking to complete a smaller bathroom renovation?

With the size and scope of the project defined, we are able to move into our planning phases:

• This is when we study your current bathroom. We ask questions about how you use your bathroom – how does it function and how do you hope to use your new remodeled bathroom?

In this phase, you may choose to work with one of our dedicated designers to explore bathroom remodeling trends here in Westchester and around the globe. 

• Together we will review material options, lighting options, plumbing fixtures, electric/radiant heat (heated floors), matt heating, recessed shower shelving and body spray shower jets. Some clients have added skylights, track lighting and even built-in shower lounges. 

In the design phase of your bathroom remodeling project, you’ll sit down with our professional designers who will help you visualize your new bathroom. When planning a bathroom build or remodel of any size the principle questions remain the same:

• Space: The bathroom needs to feel spacious to allow everyone space to move around in the bathroom comfortably.
• Storage: Your method of storage may consist of shelving, a closet, medicine cabinet, vanity, or any combination of storage styles that may be in plain view, decorative, or even hidden. It depends on how much storage you need, as well as the bathrooms’ overall design.
• Furnishings: What kinds of furnishings will you have in your bathroom? Do you have space to consider seating?
• Privacy: This is a big consideration for the bathroom. Bathrooms should be conveniently located, but they must be arranged in a way that makes guests comfortable using them.
